IN MEMORIAM, VICTOR ZAGER

Seaman Corporation wishes to honor the memory of Victor Zager, 79, who passed away on June 4, 2008. Mr. Zager, well known to the industrial fabric industry, was an attorney, a business executive and a respected member of the Bristol, Tennessee, community where he resided. He is survived by his wife, Muriel Kagan Zager; a son, David T. Zager; two daughters, Dr. Lynne D. Zager and Susan Kagan Zager; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.

Resolution of the Seaman Corporation Board of Directors

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Seaman Corporation recognizes the life of Victor Zager and the many years of service he has provided to Seaman Corporation and to the industrial fabric industry; and

WHEREAS, Victor Zager served as a government marketing consultant to Seaman Corporation for more than 25 years, however, his advice and council to the Company and to the Seaman Family have extended well beyond his consultant responsibilities, always ready and willing to provide his assistance and ideas to any of the many challenges the Company has experienced over the past quarter century;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Seaman Corporation hereby extends its sympathies to the family of Victor Zager on his passing, and its thanks and appreciation for their support of his efforts on behalf of the Company.

A memorial fund has been established in memory of Victor Zager at Akiva Community Day School, 809 Percy Warner Blvd., Nashville, TN 37205.
